Here at Three, we’re on a mission. We want to help you make the most of technology – especially now we rely on it more than ever.

Whether you want help with making a video call, to learn about apps, or anything in between, our Discovery team can help.

Why Discovery is important

A recent survey by Lloyds found that 21% of people in the UK lack the basic digital skills. They found that there were 4 barriers stopping people from getting online: access, skills, confidence, and motivation.

We want to break through those barriers with our Discovery team. We’re offering free sessions to help you develop your digital skills and stay connected. And you don’t even have to be a Three customer to take part.

How can you take part?

Discovery sessions started out in our retail store, where you could take part in person. But as they’re closed for the time being, we needed to think of another way to help.

Enter Three Live – our live and interactive demo sessions.

Our presenters are live 7 days a week, from 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday. And from 11am to 7pm over the weekend and bank holidays.  Tune in every hour on the hour for phone chat and demos.

And now, from 09:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday – excluding bank holidays, you can join a Discovery session on Three Live. Just click the Live Product Demo button at the bottom of the to take part. The button will only show when a live session’s on and you can find the full Discovery Live schedule below:

Who are Discovery sessions aimed at?

Absolutely everyone, all ages, and abilities. All you need is to want to learn something new or to brush up on your skills.

What can you expect in a Discovery session?

Whether you want something practical, like help with Wi-Fi, or help with something creative, like blogging, Discovery has it covered. The sessions are short and easy to understand.

But, if you’re not sure of something, or want to ask the presenter a question, just use the chat box. They won’t be able to answer any customer service or account-related questions though. Save those types of questions for our customer service team. You can get in touch with them by clicking the Live Chat with us now option, then get customer service support.

And you don’t need to worry about information overload either – each session lasts for around 25 minutes.

At 1:30pm every day, we’ll be inspiring your kids to get creative using mobile technology. From moving making to coding, they’ll be having fun and learning at the same time – what’s not to like?
