iOS 11 was released this week and with it comes hundreds of new features for iPhone and iPad including an all new App Store, “Do Not Disturb While Driving” features, improvements to Camera and Photos. Plus loads more.

New App Store

The new ‘Do Not Disturb While Driving’ adds an auto-reply functionality
- Indoor maps for major airports and shopping centers
- Lane guidance and speed limit information with Turn-by-turn directions
Do Not Disturb while Driving
- Automatically silences notifications while driving and keeps iPhone silent and display off
- Optional iMessage auto reply to alert selected contacts that you’re driving
- With an ever increasing focus on driver and passenger safety while driving, this is a feature we suspect will be of benefit to many, if not all, drivers.

- Open the ‘Settings’ app
- Go to ‘General’
- Tap on ‘Software Update’
- Initiate the download / installation
