If you’re keen to avoid the crowds that are guaranteed to appear for both the Royal wedding and the FA Cup final on the 19th May, then we’ve got some info you might be interested in.

There are two bank holidays coming up in May and if you use them strategically with your annual leave days, you can bag yourself 24 beautiful days off.

How do you do it?

All you need to do is book from 8 to 25 May as annual leave. This, including the bank holidays on 7 and 28 May, gives you 24 glorious days out of the office, using just 14 days’ annual leave.

Now for the small print

This holiday hack only works if you normally work Monday to Friday and get bank holidays off as standard.

If that’s you, what are you waiting for?

What’s next?

Once you’ve got the days booked and your smug out of office message planned, you just need to decide how you are going to spend your 3 weeks off.

Build a blanket fort and escape the crowds

If you’ve got episodes of your favourite TV series to catch up on, then Go Binge is just what you need. You can cosy up in your fort and settle in for some serious binge-watching. You can relax, knowing that not a single episode is going to come out of your data allowance.

If you’ve not experienced the wonder of Go Binge yet, then check out our SIM only deals and see if anything catches your eye.

Get outta town

Or, you might decide to get away from it all and spend some time soaking up some sunshine. With Go Roam available in 71 destinations world-wide, you can smugly post pictures of your drinks by the pool or even just the cloudless blue skies to make everyone at home jealous, safe in the knowledge that you’re not going to have to deal with an eye-watering bill when you get home.
