The 5G economy is driven by titanic shifts in every facet of how digital services are delivered to market and consumed by customers and telcos need to adapt to these. This includes things like moving from simple transactional interactions with customers, to enabling a full digital user experience, moving from commodity offerings as we mentioned like voice and data to disruptive offerings including digital services, and being able to monetize different elements of the network itself through things like network slicing. In order to capture these new revenue opportunities, telco monetization systems need to evolve.
