So, get your popcorn, grab a drink, and settle down for the cheapest trip to the cinema you’ve had in a while. In fact, go large on the popcorn, big-up that cola, and throw some nachos and ice cream into the mix. This is a deal worth celebrating.

 

How does it work?

There are 82 Cineworld theatres around the UK, so you’ll be able to find one nearby. And you can grab your tickets online or at the Box Office when you arrive. Here’s how:

If you want to book online:

• Go to Wuntu and find the deal
• Select ‘Use now’, then copy code and open site
• Choose your cinema, film and time
• Enter your code at checkout – remember there’s a booking fee.

Or if you want to get your tickets in the cinema:

• Go to Wuntu and find the deal
• Select ‘Use now’, then show the staff your code.

Do some prep.

It might be worth getting the Cineworld app on your smartphone, so you can check movie times, watch trailers and thoroughly make the most of your cheap night out. You can also use the free app to find your nearest cinema, browse films by genre, and book tickets securely.

And if you’re planning on taking the whole family make sure you check out the brilliant RunPee app (free on iOS and Android). This family-friendly essential tool, lets you know the best times to rush out of the movie to take the kids to the loo – so you won’t miss any of the good bits while you’re holding the door shut and making sure they’ve washed their hands. Genius.

If you were lucky enough to snag yourself an Apple Watch this Christmas, don’t forget to set it in Apple Theatre Mode. It’s designed to make all those glowing Apple Watches less disruptive to your cinema experience. Plus, you can quickly mute the sound, while still receiving notifications. Nifty. Can’t get to the cinema?

• Customer locates Cineworld offer within the Wuntu app.
• Customer clicks “Use Now” and is served Cineworld code and link to Cineworld landing page.
• Customer selects cinema, film, date and taken through to login or register page.
• Customers are then asked if they would like to either ‘Login’, ‘Register for a Cineworld Account’ or ‘Continue to book without logging in’.
• Customer choses option and goes through to ‘Choose your tickets and seating type’
• Customer enters code into the code box
• Customers ticket is then discounted to £3.00.
• Customer pays £3 + booking fee or adds other tickets, upgrade charges and pays.
• Customer has then purchased ticket and can redeem in venue

Alternatively, the customer may choose to redeem in venue which is the following steps to redeem:

• Customer locates Cineworld offer within the Wuntu app.
• When Customer is ready to make purchase at the cinema, Customer clicks ‘USE NOW’ and is served Cineworld code
• Customer shows code at box office and ticket to film and screening time
• Customer receives their ticket for £3.
