The My Vodafone app is an essential companion to any Vodafone Pay as you go or Pay monthly plan. With it you can check on your allowances and data used each month, top up, change your account details, see your bills, redeem offers and loads more.
And, on top of all that, it’s also the home to some excellent, exclusive competitions. This month we’re giving away a huge list of prizes, with loads of credit, and Big Value Bundles up for grabs. Here’s what’s on offer:
Pay as you go prizes:
– 10 winners will walk away with a whole year of £30 Big Value Bundles
– 25 winners will win £50 Pay as you go credit
– 75 people will grab £25 Pay as you go credit
Pay monthly prizes:
– 10 people will win their Pay monthly plan paid for them for 12-months
– 25 lucky winners will nab £50’s worth of account credit
– 75 people will receive £25’s worth of account credit
But that’s not all: we’re also giving you the chance to win a short break at Thorpe Park!

The best bit? You can go when it suits you, with the prize being valid up to 30 September 2018. And all you need to do to be in with a shot is log into the My Vodafone app, slide over to the competitions tab in the app menu and enter your details. It couldn’t be simpler.

Vodafone’s Big Prize Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
Here you can find useful information about the prize draw including how to enter, the prize, and how it will be run.
How to enter
1. The prize draw will open at 10 am on 9th November and will close at 4 pm on 30th November 2017 2017.
2. To enter you must be a Pay monthly or Pay as you go Vodafone consumer customer, and have downloaded and installed the My Vodafone app (available on the App Store and Google Play.) Only customers with a device operating system that is compatible with My Vodafone app version 6.3 or later version are eligible to enter.
3. To enter you must submit your email address and Vodafone phone number via the competition entry page on the My Vodafone app. Please check that the details you submit are correct, we won’t be responsible if your entry is incomplete, incorrect or doesn’t comply with these terms.
4. Using this method, one entry can be submitted per Vodafone mobile number. Duplicate entries will not be entered into the draw.
5. Sorry, but you can’t enter this prize draw if:
• You’re a Vodafone employee (or you have a 60% or 80% Vodafone employee discount applied to your phone number)
• You don’t live in the UK
• You’re under 18 years old
• You don’t have an eligible device to download and install the My Vodafone app
Winner and Prize
6. There are 221 prizes to be won. There will be one prize for both Pay as you go and Pay monthly participants, 110 prizes for Pay as you go participants and 110 prizes for Pay monthly participants.
7. Prize for Pay as you go and Pay monthly participants:
• The 1st winner drawn will win a short break prize at Thorpe Park Resort. The prize will be valid for the winner to use from 1 December 2017- 30 September 2018. The short break prize will include 1 night in the Thorpe Shark Hotel for up to 4 people (one room to accommodate 4 people will be provided) and 2 days’ entry to the theme park for each person. Breakfast, car parking and ultimate fast-track to rides at Thorpe Park Resort until 11am on the second day are also included. 2 car parking spaces will be provided if necessary. If the prize is redeemed during Fright Nights, the winner and guests will have free access to containment (timeslot to be booked in advance) and maze fast-track between certain times. If children are part of the winning party, they must be accompanied by at least one adult over 18 years old.
8. Prizes for Pay as you go participants:
• 10 x second prize winners will win a whole year paid for on Pay as you go with a rolling £30 Big Value Bundle (if this prize is not available we will give credit of an equivalent value)
• 25 x third prize winners will win £50 Pay as you go credit which will be applied to your Vodafone account
• 75 x fourth prize winners will win £25 Pay as you go credit which will be applied to your Vodafone account
9. Prizes for Pay monthly participants:
• 10 x second prize winners will win their Pay monthly plan paid for them for 12-months (up to a value of £60 per month)
• 25 x third prize winners will win £50 credit which will be applied to their Vodafone account
• 75 x fourth prize winners will win £25 credit which will be applied to their Vodafone account.
10. Please note, the prizes will apply to the monthly Pay monthly plan of the Vodafone mobile number that entered the prize draw only. If you have multiple mobile numbers on your account, it’s only the winning mobile number that will be eligible for the prize.
11. All winners will be responsible for any out-of-plan charges which are not included in the monthly allowance of either a Pay as you go, Big Value Bundle or in a Pay monthly price plan. For example, winners will be responsible for out-of-plan charges such as, but not limited to, premium rate calls, international calls and picture messages.
12. The prize winners will be selected at random, from all eligible entries.
13. The first winner drawn will be allocated the short break prize at Thorpe Park. We will contact the Thorpe Park prize winner on the Vodafone phone number provided in the short entry form. If we don’t receive a response from you within seven days, we will pick another winner.
14. The next 20 winners (10 x Pay as you go and 10 x Pay monthly winners) drawn will be allocated the second prizes. We will contact all second prize winners on the Vodafone phone number provided in the short entry form. If we don’t receive a response from you within seven days, we will pick another winner.
15. If the Thorpe Park prize is unavailable for any reason we will not replace it with a prize of equivalent value, no cash alternative will be offered.
16. If the second, third and fourth prizes are not available for any reason we will replace it with a prize of equivalent value, no cash alternative will be offered.
17. We make no representation or warranty in relation to the prizes provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any prize, its fitness for purposes, merchantability or otherwise.
Publicity & Content
18. We will use your details to run the prize draw and contact you if you win.
19. We will keep the contact details you submit after the promotion has ended and may update the information we already hold for you if your contact details have changed or have been updated. In the future, we may keep you informed generally about new products and services (unless you choose not to receive our marketing messages). You can find out more about how we use your information and how to opt-out of marketing in our Privacy Policy.
20. We may ask you to take some photos of you and your prize and ask you to participate in any non-paid publicity or advertising we do.
21. The winners’ names will be included in future Vodafone newsletter. For the winners’ names please send a SAE to Consumer CVM team – Big Prize Giveaway, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN by 31 October 2017.
22. Whilst we’ll try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, we’ll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control.
23. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules. Please note Vodafone employees are not eligible to enter the prize draw and we will exclude any phone numbers that have a 60% or 80% Vodafone employee discount applied.
24. By entering the prize draw you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
