If you’re already a Relish customer

You don’t need to lift a finger – all your bills and future emails will now come from Three Broadband.

Your username and password will stay the same, but when you visit us, you’ll need to head to threebroad.co.uk.

Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+ and S10e: which 1 are you going to pick?

Samsung’s unveiled the next generation of smartphones, and we’re in love with them already. That brand-new ‘Infinity-O’ display and seriously impressive cameras on all 3 new phones mean that picking 1 to take home is harder than ever.

Here’s the lowdown on each new S10 to help you decide.

Galaxy S10: the flagship

A 6.1in WQHD+ Infinity-O display which is a curved, edge-to-edge display that gives you an uninterrupted view. Yep, that’s right – totally uninterrupted, the notch and home button are nowhere to be seen. No distractions make for completely immersive viewing.

As gorgeous as the S10 is, it’s not all about looks. If adding to your Insta story is more important than texting your mum, you’ll want to hear about the camera on the new S10. How does a 10MP front-facing camera and a triple rear camera, including a 16MP Ultra-Wide lens, a 12MP telephoto lens and a 12MP zoom lens sound? You’ll be able to snap moments as you see them and those Ultra-Wide and zoom lenses mean you’ll be able to capture every angle of a scene.

Ever spent so long setting up the perfect ‘candid’ shot for the ‘gram that your phone runs out of juice before you’ve had the chance to take the pic? Annoying, right? That’s not a problem for the S10 though. It stays charged when it matters most. And, if you do need a quick power boost, Wireless Charging 2.0 charges your battery up quickly.

Want the premium Galaxy experience? Then the S10’s for you.

Galaxy S10+: a supercharged Galaxy experience

How could Samsung possibly manage to improve on those impressive S10 specs? With more power, a bigger screen, bigger battery and more cameras, that’s how.

They’ve not held back when it comes to the S10+. The 6.4in curved screen wraps from edge-to-edge, without the notch or home button and only a subtle dot for the front camera giving the S10+ an incredible screen-to-body ratio..

The S10+ lets you shoot like a pro photographer with zero effort. The triple lens rear camera has Telephoto, Wide-Angle and Ultra-Wide lenses and uses Live Focus and shot suggestions to help you take pro-quality shots without even trying.

And, the new dual front-facing camera with both 8 and 10MP lenses lets you play around with depth of field, creating you best selfies ever.

The S10+ comes with 128 or 512GB internal storage and the option of either 8 or 12GB RAM too. The powerful S10+ makes every task quicker and smoother.

If a supercharged Galaxy experience sounds like a bit of you, order the S10+ today.

S10e: it’s not all about size

If a more compact design is more your bag, the S10e’s for you.

And just because it’s smaller doesn’t mean you’ll be missing out on that awesome new Samsung tech. Loads of the good stuff’s still in there; a powerful processor, a 10MP front-facing camera, 12 and 16MP dual rear camera with Live Focus and then there’s Fast Wireless charging 2.0 and enough power to share with Wireless Powershare.

One of the biggest differences is the new, 5.8in flat HD+ Infinity-O display. It still looks good; that flawless screen, no notch and a small cut out for the front camera. All of that makes it perfect for immersive viewing, like it’s bigger counterparts.

Small, perfectly formed and full to the brim with Samsung’s next generation tech; get your new Samsung Galaxy S10e now.

Get your new Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+ or S10e today on Three, the UK’s best network for data as voted by Mobile Choice consumers and enjoy endless streaming and Snapchat with Go Binge; use your phone in over 70 destinations worldwide with Go Roam; get travel upgrades from easyJet; and enjoy treats and deals exclusively for Three customers with our rewards app, wuntu.

Introducing the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro

Last year’s P20 and P20 Pro were arguably 2 of 2018’s best smartphones and we’re excited to see that this year’s new Huawei phones look like they’re going to follow suit.

They’re available to pre-order now and if you pre-order by 5 April, you’ll bag yourself a free Sonos One too. So, what are you waiting for, go pre-order your P30 or P30 Pro now.

If you can’t decide which 1 to go for, here’s everything you need to know about the new Huawei P30 and P30 Pro.

Meet the P30 and P30 Pro

The new P30 and P30 Pro are here and Huawei have unveiled a brand-new design this year; a double 3D curved glass body and a range of new gradient colours too.

The P30 is the smaller of the 2 with a 6.1in FDH+ OLED display and the P30 Pro boasts a 6.47in FDH+ curved OLED display. Both phones have a tiny dewdrop-shaped notch for the front camera and with the fingerprint sensor in the display, there’s no home button either.

They’re both narrower than some of the new phones we’ve seen recently, thanks to slim bezels – that’s the border between the edge of your phone and the screen, in case you’ve always wondered, and they sit comfortably in your hand.

Rewrite the rules of photography

Last year’s P20 Pro gained a rep for having a pro-quality camera so, we were excited to see what Huawei had in store for us this year.

We’ve not been disappointed. As expected it’s all about the cameras this year. The P30 has a ‘SuperSensing’ Lecia triple rear camera with a 40MP lens, 16MP ultra wide lens and 8MP telephoto lens. If that’s not impressive enough, the P30 Pro has a Lecia quad camera – yes, that’s 4 lenses, a 40MP lens, a 20MP ultra wide lens, a new 8MP periscope design telephoto lens – giving the P30 Pro more optical zoom power and then there’s Huawei’s new time of flight or ToF sensor.

Better low light photography

The 40MP camera on both new phones uses the world’s first RYYB – red, yellow, yellow, blue ‘SuperSpectrum’ sensor instead of the RYGB – red, yellow, green, blue sensor we’re used to. According to Huawei’s CEO Richard Yu, that new senor combined with Huawei’s highest ever light sensitivity ISO of 409600 on the P30 Pro, lets in 40% more light and makes it possible to take brilliant, clear photos not just in low light conditions but even in the dark.

From the examples we saw during today’s announcement, it looks like the P30 series is going to be a game changer when it comes to low-light photography.

Best in class zoom

Hate the lack of definition that can happen when you zoom in on something? That doesn’t happen with the P30 series. The P30 has a 3x optical zoom, 5x hybrid zoom and 30x digital zoom – letting you take close-ups that are crisp, clear and don’t miss out on any of the details.

That’s not all. The P30 Pro has the most powerful ‘superzoom’ yet with 5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom and a huge 50x digital zoom. OIS – optical image stabilisation and SuperZoom lets you zoom in more closely and more clearly than ever before.

It’s time to take your best selfies

Both new phones have a 32MP front-facing camera and use AI HDR+ and an improved portrait mode to capture more detail. Your selfies will be picture perfect – no filter needed.

How about video?

Huawei have upped their game when it comes to taking videos. That ‘SuperSpectrum’ sensor we mentioned earlier plays and important part and lets you take perfect video, even in low-light conditions.

You can zoom 10x too so, if you’re stuck at the back of a gig and want a close-up of the band, the P30 series will make sure you best the best video possible. And, you don’t have to worry about shaky footage either, AIS plus OIS make your videos smooth and steady, no tripod in sight.

And if you really want to impress, use dual-video view to record your main view of the stage and to get a perfect close-up of the band, at the same time. Yep, 2 cameras working at exactly the same time.

Stronger and more powerful

The P30 series uses the world’s first 7nm process mobile phone SoC chipset and the most powerful AI chipset on the market. This gives you stronger performance and lower power consumption.

A longer lasting battery

The battery on last year’s P20 Pro was impressive; but this year it’s even better, 27% better to be exact. Bigger batteries plus intelligent power saving tech means you don’t need to worry about carrying a charger around with you.

If you do need to charge up, you can get up to 70% charge in 30 minutes thanks to SuperCharge.

If you hate messing around with charger cables, the P30 Pro can be charged up using Wireless Quick Charge. No cables, no wires, just charge and go.

And with Reverse Charge, you can charge up anything from earbuds to your mate’s phone – sharing is caring, after all.

How much will the new P30 and P30 Pro cost?

The P30 will start at £32 a month with an upfront cost of £29 and the P30 Pro starts at £43 a month with the same upfront cost of £29.

That’s the latest on the new Huawei P30 and P30 Pro, they’re available to pre-order now so, go order yours today on Three, the UK’s best network for data – as voted by Mobile Choice consumers and enjoy endless streaming and Snapchat with Go Binge; use your phone in over 70 destinations worldwide with Go Roam; get travel upgrades from easyJet; and enjoy treats and deals exclusively for Three customers with our rewards app, wuntu.

What on earth is a smishing text?

Chances are, you’ve already heard about phishing emails, what they look like and what to avoid. Well, text phishing – better known as smishing, is the text equivalent. Want to know how to recognise a smishing text and what to do if you get 1? We’ve got everything you need to know.

What is smishing?

Like phishing emails, smishing’s used by scammers to get you to either click on a link – which they may then use to install malware on your phone, enter confidential info or call a premium rate number.

Spotting a smishing message

Smishing messages can be convincing, and it’s easy to mistake them for genuine messages. There are some signs you can look out for though.

Spelling mistakes

Careless spelling mistakes can be a clear sign something’s not quite right – keep an eye out for them.

Claims that your account’s in danger

Smishing messages usually tell you there’s an urgent issue with your account and that you need to act quickly or your account will be suspended or blocked. Scammers like to make you worry, hoping you’ll follow their instructions.

Another smishing example would be a message telling you ‘you’ve won something awesome’ or that you can get something for a bargain price, but only if you get in touch right away. With messages like this, our tip is that if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

What should you do if you get one?

Getting a dodgy-looking message can be worrying but, just receiving the message won’t affect the security of your personal info or phone. For the scam to work, you’d need to follow the instructions given in the message.

Is it genuine?

Contact the company it’s supposed to be from, using contact details from their official website – don’t use any contact info given in the message. They’ll let  you know if it’s really from them or not.

Don’t click on any links

If you get a suspicious message, don’t click on any links unless you’re sure the message is genuine.

Think about it

Would the supposed sender really contact you like this? Most companies wouldn’t ask you to confirm sensitive info over text.

Don’t respond

Responding to smishing messages may lead you to being targeted again – it’s best to ignore and delete it.

Forward it to 7726

Forward the message to us on 7726 (free of charge), so we can investigate and act.

That’s everything you need to know about smishing but, if you’re worried about the security of your personal info, you can find out more on our Fraud and Security page.
