Plus Plan* – Available for £3.99 per month more than a Classic Plan, customers can save up to £269 per contract due to the additional benefits included within the plan such as:
- O2 Switch Up: Those wanting to keep up with the latest devices or after the freedom to upgrade mid-contract can do so with O2 Switch Up at no extra cost. The perk allows customers to switch their handset for any new phone of their choice, whether brand new or from O2’s Like New range, every 90 days* regardless of their contract length (as long as the mobile phone is in good condition and meets Switch Up requirements).

Ultimate Plan – Available for an extra £24.99 per month in comparison to a Classic Plan, (in addition to airtime and handset cost), customers can save over £1,000* per contract thanks to added extras include for no extra cost:
- O2 Insure – Ultimate Cover: A new level of insurance offering O2’s most comprehensive cover yet, including a 3-Year Warranty and unlimited claims against theft, loss, accidental damage and breakdown. Customers can also benefit from same-day delivery of a replacement device if the claim is successful before 12 noon, available Monday – Friday.
- O2 Switch Up: Perfect for customers who like to keep up with the latest handset, O2 Switch Up allows customers to swap their current phone for any of the latest and greatest, or one of O2’s Like New mobiles, every 90 days.

Priority from O2
Virgin Media broadband and O2 customers can enjoy access to Priority, which according to price comparison website, Uswitch, offers members average savings of up to £500 each year**. Through Priority, members can get access to exclusive rewards, unique experiences and daily treats, as well as 48-hour early access to thousands of nationwide gigs and events, through Priority Tickets.
Volt customers simply need to sign into their Virgin Media and O2 accounts and activate their Volt benefits of up to £552*** (according to Choose Broadband) to enjoy:
- A broadband speed boost to the next available tier i.e. if a customer signed up to M250 package they’d get a boost to M350 at no extra cost.
- The UK’s market-leading WiFi guarantee which offers minimum download speeds of 30Mbps in every room or £100 credit back.
- Double mobile data on all eligible O2 mobile plans in the household i.e. if a customer has 10GB as part of their mobile plan, they’ll get a boost to 20GB data for no extra cost.
- Access to inclusive data roaming in 75 destinations including America, Canada, Australia and 49 European countries as standard.
