If Marshae Mansfield could give her younger self one piece of advice, it would be: “Keep going.” Marshae says it’s not uncommon for women in the tech industry to find themselves as the only female in the room, but that shouldn’t deter them for sharing their thoughts and having a voice. As Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for Lenovo North America, Marshae is the voice of the customer – and is also an advocate for women in leadership and STEM education in rural communities. Now with a daughter of her own, Marshae hopes to have paved the way for young women looking for a career in traditionally male-dominated spaces.
