After facing discrimination himself as he entered the workforce, Calvin Crosslin knew he wanted to someday be in a position of influence that would allow him to fight bias in the hiring process. That’s why he pursued a career in human resources, and today he serves as Lenovo’s Chief Diversity Officer, Vice President of Human Resources, and the President of the Lenovo Foundation.
Innovating for a diverse world requires a diversity of perspective, and in his role at Lenovo, Crosslin advocates for diversity in the workplace and the importance of having employees from all backgrounds.
