Beginning tomorrow, December 7, in celebration of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds’ upcoming launch on Xbox One next Tuesday, December 12, the first of the three special, limited-edition cosmetic packs that we announced at Paris Games Week – the PUBG Warrior Pack – will become available to fans worldwide. The PUBG Accessory and PUBG Tracksuit packs will follow in short order, becoming available beginning December 14 and December 21 respectively.
The PUBG Warrior Pack includes four items: a balaclava hat, camo t-shirt, pants and tennis shoes to customize your character in style.
These packs are exclusive to Xbox fans as standalone offers available for a limited time and as there are no plans to feature any in-game purchases in the Xbox Game Preview version, are the only items that can be purchased during the preview period. Make sure to get yours while you can!
Both the Xbox team and PUBG Corp. have been working closely together to bring the hottest game on the planet to the Xbox Game Preview program and are super excited to be able to bring these soon to be rare cosmetic items to Xbox fans who have been eagerly awaiting the game as a special thank you for your patience and passion for PUBG.
In addition to The PUBG Warrior Pack being available, don’t forget to tune into The Game Awards, where the PUBG team will reveal the first-ever gameplay footage of PUBG’s new desert map live onstage and is also nominated for Game of the Year, Best Ongoing Game and Best Multiplayer Game. Those tuning in from home can watch on a variety of free streams starting at 5:30 PT / 8:30 ET on Thursday, December 7.
See below for cosmetic pack availability and pricing. The Warrior Pack will be available to purchase starting at 7 p.m. PST tomorrow; bookmark this link and be among the first to grab it!
