Lenovo’s “HOLA” Employee Resource Group partnered with ISLA, LatinxED, and the North Carolina Society of Hispanic Professionals to offer Hispanic students a series of hands-on workshops for resume building, LinkedIn profile reviews, and mock interviews. “HOLA” stands for “Hispanics of Lenovo Association” and the mission of this employee resource group is to empower and advance the careers of Lenovo employees of Hispanic/Latinx descent through professional development, community involvement and industry networking. HOLA is the first of Lenovo’s ERGs to be nationally awarded by the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2021.
