Virgin Media adds 80 fitness classes to TV service at no extra cost

  • Content from Nuffield Health, Fiit and Fit at Home is now available to Virgin Media TV customers, at no extra cost, so they can keep fit from the comfort of their own home
  • On average Brits spend £155[1] per year on fitness classes, meaning Virgin Media TV customers could pocket a saving by using the new fitness sessions available on the TV platform rather than paying for classes

Virgin Media TV customers looking to swap festive feasting for fun and fitness can now get up and get active with 80 free fitness classes available via their Virgin TV service.  

According to a YouGov[2] survey, 53% of Brits who have made a new year’s resolution plan to do more exercise or improve their fitness this year, with 41% also wanting to save more money in 2023. This comes as Virgin TV customers can get stuck into a variety of workouts including Disco DanceFit, HIIT and Kids & Fun from the comfort of their own home and at no extra cost. 

The wide range of classes on offer require minimal to no equipment, making them accessible for all fitness levels, and are led by experts at Nuffield Health, Fiit and Fit at Home.

To access the classes, Virgin TV customers can simply head to channel 999 or can tune in when it suits them by clicking On Demand or Catch Up > Get Moving for TiVo/ V6 boxes, or for 360/ Stream boxes, head to Box Sets & Movies > Get Moving and will be able to take their pick from a selection of 80 classes, so there’s something for everyone.

The workouts are available to all Virgin TV customers across TiVo, V6, TV 360 and Stream at no extra cost.
