Huawei Enterprise Service presents achievements at the Huawei Analyst Summit 2018

From the 17^th to 19^th April, over 600 analysts and journalists from around the world gathered in Shenzhen to attend the annual Huawei Analyst Summit. During the summit, Huawei Enterprise Service reported the 2017 results and strategy updates. In 2017, Huawei Enterprise Service revenue was $1.4 Billion, a 33% y/y growth. The number of Certified Service Partners (CSP) grew to 2,892 globally.  Today, over 84,000 people are now career certified by Huawei, of which 5,107 are HCIE; the highest Huawei certification level. During 2017, Huawei certified more people in China than any other ICT vendor.

To further enhance collaboration with CSP’s, Huawei is building an open, cloud-based service platform that will integrate Big Data capabilities and facilitate the joint development of applications. The platform integrates applications, allows faster data sharing, faster response to market changes and enables new business opportunities. Huawei Enterprise Services will also focus on growing subscription based services to optimize the customer experience, and ensure long term revenue growth. Smart NOS is one of the key annualized services that provides customers with pro-active and predictive services, improving the ICT infrastructure to ensure business’ continuity. Through Smart Services, Huawei Enterprise will provide a better experience to customers and partners, and develop strong competitive differentiation. To address the global demand for ICT Talent, Huawei is planning to double the number of new certifications in 2018.
