We designed Microsoft Managed Desktop to accelerate our customers’ digital transformation. Microsoft Managed Desktop offers customers a convenient way to secure their PCs, increase productivity and collaboration, and provide core business innovation. We do this through the power of Microsoft 365 and capable Windows hardware, which is deployed and maintained with our cloud-based reference architecture and services.

By delivering a new way to think about device experiences and management, we’re helping customers rethink the role IT plays in their organization from reactive maintenance to strategic innovation, allowing them to refocus their IT talent and grow their business.

A new opportunity for Microsoft partners

Microsoft Managed Desktop isn’t only accelerating the customer journey to digital transformation. It’s also creating a new landscape of partner opportunities to serve a fast-growing market segment of organizations that value their employees’ corporate device experience, enabling employees to work and collaborate wherever they are in a friction-free manner. Together with our partners, we’re helping customers reimagine the way they consider, experience, and deliver corporate device technology.

Microsoft Inspire was a great chance for us to connect with many Microsoft partners, who not only share, but are actively enhancing, our vision of a collaborative approach to cloud-based IT management and security. These include:

  • Partners that help transform the customers’ environment to modern and get ready to deploy the service, such as many of our existing Microsoft 365 FastTrack Ready partners.
  • OEM partners like Dell Technologies and HP that supply devices that we’ve tested and approved for our catalog.
  • Partners that incorporate Microsoft Managed Desktop into their endpoint management and security monitoring service offerings. These partners will continue to drive customers’ digital transformations and provide user support and other add-on services. Our current authorized service integration partners include AMTRA Solutions, DXC Technology, Insight Enterprises, IT Lab Group, and Wipro.
