With Microsoft Surface Pro and Surface Go, employees access digital documents instead of juggling piles of paper, and they can work from anywhere in the city or the world—a capability that helped the city employees shift to working remotely seamlessly during the COVID-19 pandemic. IT staff members use Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot to remotely configure and manage the devices with a zero-touch deployment, eliminating the need for IT to physically touch any Surface device in addition to eliminating routine maintenance tasks.
